Take your teams key to the enemy security control and deactivate the lasers.
Once the lasers are down, go to the enemy yard and steal their flag.
The capture point for the flag is the pad where your teams key starts. 

---Notes To Newbies--- NEWBIES PLEASE READ!

Taking the key and running into the enemy lasers will not deactivate them!
You cannot pick up the enemy key! Use your own one to deactivate enemy lasers.

---Other Notes---

Ten points per capture.
There is an alternative route into the enemy base through some caves,which can be opened and closed by detpack.
You can not posess the enemy flag and your key at the same time.
