Chemical Burn's Fortresses (League Version) Shutdown Capture the Flag By [WTF?]Chemical Burn www.planetfortress.com/chemaps/ Objective: Enter the enemy Base and make your way to the laser control located in the center of their base. Turn off lasers and grab their flag from their flag room. Take the enemy flag to your capture point located on your battlements. Scoring: 10 points per Capture. Other Notes: Flag carriers drop the Flag when they die. Lasers reactivate 35 seconds after being deactivated . Dropped flags return to their Base after 60 seconds. Storyline: The Chemical Forts were built to hold competitions of capture the flag, however over time these competitions became more fearsome and competitive; Often large sums of money would ride on the outcome of a single match. As the stakes rose, teams started to do anything to win. During a match where a record amount of money was to be rewarded to the winning team, the competition became a blood bath. The teams slaughtered each other soaking the cement floors in blood; the audience cheered as their blood lust was fulfilled and the killing rose to uncontrollable levels until the Chemical Forts began to shake as though the forts were in the belly of an earthquake. Sprits of dead competitors rose and in tenacious explosions genocide was brought to the forts. After the initial rising the sprits subsided, only rising when someone dare to step foot in the forts. The teams sent their fearsome fire warriors into the fort to subdue the spirits, and under the great power of these warriors the spirits were tamed, and put to use as weapons to destroy the enemy base. Although some say there were some spirits whom were too powerful to be tamed, some say the warriors constructed a tomb, locked by twin obelisks were the powerful spirits remain imprisoned.
